7. Do you guarantee your work?

Yes we stand by the quality of our work. All repairs and installations come with a workmanship guarantee from the service completion date covering defects in workmanship excluding issues caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or conditions beyond our control. parts and material are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.

8. How can I book a backflow test and how often is testing required?

Backflows are tested yearly, after installation, repair, or maintenance, and when required to ensure they work properly and protect the public water supply. Not complying can result in fines or water service cuts. You can contact us by phone, email, or our online form. We’ll schedule a convenient time and confirm details before we come.
